Do you do the repairs too, or only the drying?

Both. We handle mitigation and reconstruction, so one contractor carries the job from the emergency call through the finished repair. That removes the seam where mitigation-only and repair-only companies tend to hand off problems to each other.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Restoration is a business people only find when something has gone wrong. Nobody researches water damage contractors on a good day. They call at eleven at night with a ceiling coming down, or on a Sunday morning with three inches of water in a finished basement, and what they need first is somebody who picks up.

It also shapes how the work gets quoted. When the owner takes the moisture readings himself, there is nobody in the middle guessing at what the meter said, and no incentive to write a bigger scope than the readings support.
