About Us
What kind of restoration company is TrustPoint?
Locally owned, IICRC certified, and built to answer the phone at two in the morning.
Short answer
TrustPoint Restoration is a locally owned restoration contractor based in Nashville, Tennessee, serving twelve cities across Middle Tennessee. We handle water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, and mold remediation for residential and commercial property, including the reconstruction afterward. Our technicians are IICRC certified, and we are licensed and insured.
Restoration is a business people only find when something has gone wrong. Nobody researches water damage contractors on a good day. They call at eleven at night with a ceiling coming down, or on a Sunday morning with three inches of water in a finished basement, and what they need first is somebody who picks up.
That shapes how we run. We answer around the clock, and the person you talk to can tell you what to do in the next ten minutes before anyone is on site. Shut this valve. Kill the power to that room if you can reach the panel safely. Do not pull up the carpet yet, photograph it first.
The work itself is less dramatic than people expect. Most of it is measurement. Where did the water actually go, how wet is the material, what is the moisture reading today against yesterday. Restoration done properly is a documented process with a defined end point, not a judgment call about whether something feels dry.
We handle water, fire, and mold, and we do the reconstruction ourselves. That last part matters more than it sounds. When mitigation and repair are split between two companies, the seam between them is where things get missed and where the arguments happen. One contractor start to finish means one party is responsible for the outcome.

Who you will meet
Brady Bushman
Owner
TrustPoint Restoration is Brady Bushman’s company, and on most jobs he is the one who shows up to look at the damage. That is unusual in restoration, where the person who sells the job and the person who scopes it are often two different people with two different sets of numbers.
It also shapes how the work gets quoted. When the owner takes the moisture readings himself, there is nobody in the middle guessing at what the meter said, and no incentive to write a bigger scope than the readings support.
How we work
Why Property Owners Trust Us
We answer the phone
Twenty-four hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Damage does not keep business hours, and the first hour is the one that decides how big the job becomes.
We measure instead of guessing
Moisture meters and thermal imaging determine the scope, and daily readings determine when drying is finished. A surface that feels dry is not evidence, and we do not treat it as evidence.
We document for the claim
Photographs, readings, equipment logs, and a written scope. Adjusters pay from evidence, and the homeowner should not be the one assembling it.
We fix the cause, not the stain
Mold that returns is mold whose water source was never corrected. If the real fix belongs to a roofer or a plumber, we say so rather than selling work that will not hold.
We tell you when you do not need us
Some jobs are small enough to handle yourself and some belong to a different trade first. We would rather give that answer than write a scope for work that is not warranted.
Water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mold remediation for homes and businesses across twelve Middle Tennessee cities. IICRC-certified technicians, licensed and insured, with reconstruction handled in house and a free inspection before any scope is written.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- What areas does TrustPoint serve?
- Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Mount Juliet, Spring Hill, and Columbia. We are based in Nashville at 1305 Murfreesboro Pike.
- What does IICRC certification mean?
- The IICRC is the standards body for the restoration and cleaning industry. It publishes the standards this trade works to, including S500 for water damage restoration and S520 for mold remediation. Certification means technicians are trained and tested against those published standards rather than working from habit.
- Do you do the repairs too, or only the drying?
- Both. We handle mitigation and reconstruction, so one contractor carries the job from the emergency call through the finished repair. That removes the seam where mitigation-only and repair-only companies tend to hand off problems to each other.
- Do you work with insurance companies?
- Yes. We document the loss with photographs, moisture readings, equipment logs, and a written scope, and we work directly with your adjuster. We do not make coverage determinations, since that is between you and your carrier, but we make sure the evidence is there.
- Is the inspection really free?
- Yes. We come out, assess the damage, and give you a written scope at no cost. If the situation does not warrant restoration work, we will tell you that instead.
- Do you handle commercial property?
- Yes. Offices, retail, restaurants, multi-unit residential, and warehouse and distribution space, alongside single-family homes.
